Job Role: Social Media & Influencer Manager You should apply if you have: A proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts for brands. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc) and emerging trends. Good knowledge of influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and collaborating with influencers. Excellent communication and conceptualization skills to craft engaging posts and captions. A creative mindset to develop innovative content strategies. Data-driven analytical skills to measure campaign success and optimize for better results. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You should not apply if you: Lack prior experience in social media management or influencer marketing. Are unfamiliar with social media analytics tools (eg, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc). Are not comfortable communicating and negotiating with influencers. Do not stay updated on current social media trends and algorithms. Are unwilling to adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Skills Required: Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools. Influencer relationship management. Content creation and strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical skills for social media performance tracking. Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (eg, Canva, Adobe Suite). Time management and multitasking abilities. What will you do? Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve business goals. Create and schedule engaging and visually appealing content across platforms. Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when necessary. Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Respond to followers, manage community engagement, and handle queries professionally. Work Experience: 4-6 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing. Experience working with agencies, brands, or startups is preferred.
