Job Summary: STC Networks is looking for a Social Media Manager who can own the digital voice of multiple brands. You’ll drive growth, engagement, and visibility through sharp strategy, compelling storytelling, and consistent execution. This isn’t just about managing posts, it’s about leading brand conversations across digital platforms. Responsibilities: Manage and lead the social media presence for multiple brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and X. Develop and execute platform-specific strategies and content calendars. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors for end-to-end campaign execution. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights. Maintain brand consistency in voice, tone, and aesthetic. Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats. Guide, mentor, and collaborate with junior team members. You Bring: 3–6 years of proven experience in managing brand social media handles. Strong creative instincts with a keen eye for visual storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in managing cross-functional teams and timelines. A results-driven mindset with a solid grasp of platform analytics and audience behavior. Bonus If You Have: Experience in handling premium or lifestyle brands.
