We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Social Media Manager to join the YES Germany team, as a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and engaging with our target audience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube . Create, schedule, and publish engaging and informative content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, infographics, etc.). Stay updated with new social media trends and implement innovative strategies. Record and edit videos for social media platforms , ensuring high-quality and engaging content. Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure success. Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing and engaging content. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media reach. Conduct competitive analysis and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the industry. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing . Experience in writing blogs and creating video content for social media. Hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns . Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content strategies . Ability to analyze social media insights and make data-driven decisions. Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut. Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools for content ideation and automation. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills . Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
