Job Description

1. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. 2. Grow and expand the company's social presence into platforms including Facebook, Instagram etc. 3. Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of WhatsApp & Instagram marketing. 4. Create campaigns and strategies, content idealization, and implementation schedules. 5. Handle Email marketing campaigns. 6. Devise innovative strategies to make the content interactive and simple. 7. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms.
