Role Overview Were seeking a high-performing Social Media Marketing Manager to drive digital user growth via social and performance marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing campaigns that acquire school-age users at scale and within strict CAC limits. Key Responsibilities Lead acquisition campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Display, and emerging channels like Josh, Share Chat, etc. Run daily paid media campaigns with a CAC target of 10 per user. Design and optimize landing pages, creatives, hooks, and offers to maximize CTR and conversion. Build a performance dashboard using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to test content formats (videos, reels, carousels) and scale what works. Segment and target campaigns for specific student and parent personas (age 816, Tier 1/2/3 cities). Stay on top of social media trends to organically boost engagement and virality. Leverage AI tools (like Chat GPT, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate creative production and testing. Key Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience in performance and social media marketing, preferably in EdTech, Youth, or B2C Digital Product brands. Proven track record of generating high-volume leads at 10 CAC provides real examples in your application. Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and campaign optimization. Familiarity with content trends among Gen Z and Alpha audiences. Excellent in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis. Knowledge of Hindi and Indian cultural contexts for vernacular/localized targeting is a big plus. Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Excel, Looker Studio, or Tableau. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience marketing to school students and/or parents. Knowledge of YouTube Shorts and influencer marketing for education or youth brands. Basic video editing or Canva skills. Understanding of SEO and ASO for future expansion into app-based marketing.
