Location : Mumbai: Mumbai (Santa Cruz) Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 4+ years Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media & Lead Generation Head to spearhead our digital presence, drive inbound leads, build and nurture a high-performing marketing team, and position the company as the go-to brand in the digital signage and DOOH space. This role requires expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, B2B lead generation, performance marketing, and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop & execute a high-impact social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create compelling content (posts, blogs, videos, case studies) that resonates with decision-makers in corporate, banking retail hospitality, and multiple other sectors. Collaborate with designers & video teams to produce high-quality marketing materials. Engage with industry leaders, influencers, and potential partners to amplify our brand presence. Own and execute the lead generation strategy via Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, content marketing, and email automation. Develop high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and drip campaigns for inbound lead capture. Optimize website traffic & conversion rates through SEO paid marketing, and A/B testing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, continuously optimizing for ROI and engagement. Nurture leads through personalized outreach & and content-driven engagement, collaborating with the sales team for seamless conversions. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing social media & and lead generation team, ensuring the right mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and execution capabilities. Develop team expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, content creation, and marketing automation tools. Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and data-driven decision-making within the team. Ensure continuous learning & upskilling in the latest marketing trends, AI-driven advertising, and programmatic DOOH innovations. Leverage Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM tools to track KPIs and make data-driven marketing decisions. Continuously refine the buyer persona and customer journey to improve targeting and content strategy. Stay ahead of industry trends, AI innovations in signage, and programmatic DOOH advancements to keep the company at the forefront. Key Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Social Media, B2B Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing (preferably in Ad, Tech, SaaS, or Tech). Proven success in LinkedIn B2B marketing, paid campaigns, and content-driven lead generation. Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and marketing automation tools. Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills to position the company as an industry thought leader. Experience in working with CRMs, analytics tools, and email automation for demand generation. Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading a digital marketing team with a strong focus on performance and innovation. Prior exposure to DOOH, AdTech, or enterprise SaaS marketing is a strong plus.
