Job Title: Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive Company: Triyaansh Medix Location: Delhi Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–2 years Education: Bachelor’s degree Job Summary: Triyaansh Medix is looking for a creative, analytical, and self-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital footprint. You will play a key role in managing our online presence and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns Coordinate with designers and photographers for creatives Optimize ad strategies based on data insights to achieve ROI goals Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ strategies Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and performance marketing Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Canva Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, etc.) Good written communication and copywriting skills Ability to analyze data and adapt strategy accordingly Highly organized, creative, and able to work under deadlines Nice to Have (Optional): Experience in fashion, healthcare, or D2C brands Basic video editing skills Knowledge of SEO and email marketing tools What We Offer: Opportunity to work directly with the founders A creative, young, and collaborative work culture Learning opportunities and professional growth Flexible work environment (if remote/hybrid) Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (can be flexible based on performance) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
