Role & responsibilities - Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies, including content calendars, to maximize reach and engagement on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X. - Repurpose blogs, webinars, and video content into tailored formats optimized for each platform's audience and trends. - Develop & execute strategies to build an engaged community on LinkedIn based on our desired target audience so as to maximize impact of content created. - Online Reputation Management on LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and X to build and nurture an engaged community of senior decision makers across the globe. - Ensure content is mapped with the target audiences journey and is crafted to drive audience resonance, leveraging a deep understanding of platform algorithms, especially on LinkedIn and YouTube. - Optimize YouTube content with SEO-focused titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance discoverability and audience growth. - Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (impressions, reach, engagement) across platforms to refine strategies and improve ROI. - Build end to end podcast funnel from ideating influencers and speakers to post-production promotion to leverage content to maximize impact (brand visibility & authority) - Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and leadership to deliver cohesive, high-quality, and impactful content aligned with brand objectives. - Stay updated on emerging social media trends, viral formats, and algorithm changes to improve content performance continuously. Skills Required: - Expertise in LinkedIn and YouTube growth strategies, including SEO, community building, and audience engagement. - Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, trends, and best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X. - Ability to develop content strategies tailored to agency owners and senior decision-makers in B2B/B2C industries. - Proficiency in content writing for content creation across said platforms. - Deep understanding of tools like YouTube Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other performance monitoring platforms. - Advanced knowledge of repurposing content (e.g., blogs, videos) into platform-specific formats to drive engagement. - Excellent storytelling skills with a focus on creating viral and shareable content. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights. - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with video editors, designers, and leadership. - Capability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. - Education, Expertise & Experience: 3+ years in social media management or related roles. - Proven portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and community-building initiatives. - Strong understanding of the marketing industry and its trends, particularly in the B2B space. Preferred candidate profile 1. Need a track record of a campaign where they increased engagement on Linkedin & Youtube 2. Expertise in optimizing YouTube channel for search & engagement and Linkedin which is mandtory. Experience in FB and instagram is not must have but good to have. 3. Content writing skills 4. Social Listening & Online Reputation Management [see if they mention tools like Brandwatch, Mention, Sprout Social, Keyhole, etc. Ask for their favorite brand names w.r.t. ORM] 5.
