Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Tailor content for different platforms while ensuring consistency and audience relevance. Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling, posting, and trend monitoring. Utilize analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies. YouTube Management Create and manage YouTube content strategies to drive growth and engagement. Optimize videos for SEO, audience retention, and monetization . Analyze YouTube insights to refine content approaches and maximize reach. Develop engaging video concepts, working closely with editors and content creator. Influencer Marketing Build and manage an influencer marketing program within automotive and lifestyle sectors . Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors. Track and evaluate influencer collaborations' effectiveness. Content Creation Produce compelling video content for ads, promotions, and organic posts. Design engaging static posts using tools like Canva . Write creative captions and social media copy to boost engagement. Requirements 1. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing , with a strong focus on YouTube growth strategies . 2. Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns. 3. Experience in video production, editing, and content optimization . 4.Strong understanding of emerging social media trends and audience behaviors . 5.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
