Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and elevate the social media presence for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, and occasionally working on-site with clients to better understand their needs and goals. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts that align with the client's brand voice and strategy. Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that our clients social media strategies are cutting-edge and effective. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, creating customized social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives. This may include working on-site with clients as needed. Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement . Community Engagement: Foster strong community relationships by actively engaging with followers and influencers, and participating in relevant conversations. Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer collaborations . Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content is consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and messaging. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work on-site with clients as needed.
