Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy, creating engaging content, and maintaining a consistent online presence across various platforms. The Social Media Executive will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering community growth for our account and as well as for our clients accounts. Responsibilities: Content Creation with Software knowledge: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience. Create engaging and creative content for various social media platforms using design softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator or Adobe Suite. Draft captions and write ups that match the created content. Collaborate with other team members to produce high-quality content. Content Curation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and relevant topics to curate content that resonates with the target audience. Identify and share content that enhances the brand image and engages the community. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends for content inspiration. Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall brand strategy in the digital space. Ensure social media efforts are aligned with the broader brand positioning and messaging. Collaborate with the other teams to integrate brand elements into all aspects of social media content. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports overall marketing goals. Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and best practices to optimize strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns. Calendaring: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule. Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms using social media management tools. Analyse performance metrics to optimise posting times and frequency. Photography and Video Editing: Capture high-quality images and videos. Edit and enhance visuals using photo and video editing software. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and standards. Community Engagement: Foster and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Implement strategies to grow the social media following and increase brand loyalty. Actively participate in relevant social media groups and forums to promote brand visibility. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Proficient in softwares like Photoshop and Adobe Suite. Basic knowledge of photography and video editing software. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
