Location: Gurugram/Hybrid Type: Full-time Experience: 3–5 years Industry : Digital Marketing / Advertising / Brand Strategy Role Summary We’re looking for an Account Manager cum Social Media Strategist, who is creatively sharp, client-focused and understands the pulse of social media. This person will not only lead day-to-day client servicing and internal coordination but will also act as a strategic and creative partner—bringing ideas to the table, spotting social trends early, and guiding the team on what works and why. If you're someone who loves platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok—not just to scroll, but to spot trends, decode content formats, and spark campaigns—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities ● Manage end-to-end client communication, briefs, timelines, and delivery cycles ● Own and coordinate monthly content calendars and campaign rollouts ● Research social media trends, creator styles, meme formats, and new content types ● Partner with content and design teams to brainstorm and develop creative ideas ● Guide teams with platform know-how—what works on IG, what’s new on LinkedIn, what’s gaining traction on Reels ● Co-develop campaign concepts, content hooks, and brand storytelling ideas ● Ensure strategic alignment between brand tone, campaign objectives, and digital execution ● Track and share weekly insights and trend reports across teams and clients ● Create and deliver presentations for pitches, campaign plans, and performance reviews Requirements ● 3–5 years of experience in digital/social media account management or creative strategy ● Strong grasp of social media platforms, creative trends, and audience behaviors (B2B + B2C) ● Ability to think both creatively and strategically; can pitch campaign ideas as well as manage execution ● Excellent communication and presentation skills—both client-facing and internal ● Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments ● Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with social scheduling/reporting tools Bonus Skills ● Experience building or contributing to viral or high-performing campaigns ● Familiarity with influencers, creator economy, and content formats across platforms ● Eye for good design and ability to guide creative feedback ● Understanding of performance metrics and how to optimize content accordingly To Apply: Email your CV and links to past work/campaigns to hr@id8.digital Plus, Share an idea you wish a brand had executed on social media recently.
