About The Role Were seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Video Editor to create engaging, high-impact video content for social media channels, including YouTube The candidate will combine storytelling and AI tools to produce visually compelling videos that drive audience engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities Plan and Strategize: Collaborate with teams to develop video concepts aligned with brand goals and social media trends. Create & Edit: Produce videos optimized for platforms like YouTube (shorts, long-form), Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc Add engaging text overlays, transitions, effects, and sound design to make videos pop. Use AI Tools: Tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway ML, Descript, Synthesia, Pictory) for tasks like writing scripts, automated editing, voiceovers, text-to-video, etc. Optimize Content: Ensure videos are platform-specific (aspect ratios, captions, SEO-friendly titles/descriptions). Stay Ahead: Keep up with AI trends, editing software updates, and social media algorithm changes. Requirements Proven experience in social media videos Samples required. Understanding of motion graphics, video production, video color grading, etc. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g., Lumen5, CapCut, Canva Video). Deep understanding of YouTube and other platforms best practices. Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
