Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI systems, including chatbots and voice assistants.Work with natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) techniques to enable machines to interpret, understand, and respond to human language.Implement and improve conversational models that handle multiple turns, context, and varying user intents across various channels (e.g., websites, mobile apps, and voice interfaces).Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define user requirements and deliver conversational AI solutions that meet business needs.Optimize dialogue flow, enhance language generation, and fine-tune models to improve the naturalness and effectiveness of responses.Integrate conversational AI systems with external APIs, databases, and third-party tools to enrich user interactions.Continuously test, monitor, and improve the performance of conversational systems using real-world data and user feedback.Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in NLP, conversational AI, and machine learning technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to conversational AI systems.Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.Proven experience in building conversational AI systems such as chatbots and voice assistants.Strong proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) techniques.Experience working with conversational AI frameworks and platforms.Familiarity with machine learning models and techniques, including deep learning and reinforcement learning.Familiarity with sentiment analysis, intent detection, and entity recognition.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.Experience in integrating conversational systems with APIs, CRMs, and other third-party services.Familiarity with AWS for deploying AI systems at scale.Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to optimize models for performance and efficiency.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Perks and benefits Permanent Work from home, PF,gratuity, Health and accidental insurance.
