Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer based in Pune. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and assisting students in enhancing their soft skills, including communication and life skills. The trainer will also be responsible for delivering presentations and conducting workshops to help students prepare for successful career placements. Qualifications Strong Presentation Skills, Communication, and Soft Skills Experience in Training & Development and Life Skills coaching Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs Previous experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field Show more Show less
