We are seeking an experienced Soft Skills Trainer (Spoken English) to train students enrolled in courses at our institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing students communication skills, confidence, and overall professional etiquette to help them succeed in interviews and corporate environments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive spoken English and soft skills training sessions for students pursuing IT training programs. Improve students' verbal communication, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence in English. Train students in interview preparation, resume building, email writing, and corporate communication . Develop and deliver engaging training modules, including group discussions, mock interviews, role-plays, and presentations . Provide one-on-one coaching to students needing extra support in communication skills. Assess students' progress through tests, evaluations, and feedback sessions. Guide students on professional etiquette, teamwork, and workplace communication . Stay updated with industry trends and corporate communication expectations to align training with job market requirements. 3-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or Spoken English Trainer Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to train students on interview skills, public speaking, and business communication . Experience in grooming students for placements in the IT industry (preferred). Familiarity with modern training methodologies, e-learning tools, and interactive teaching techniques . Passion for mentoring and helping students transition into professional careers .
