Key Responsibilities:Application Expertise:Demonstrate a thorough understanding of various applications used in the life insurance industry, including application login processes, underwriting systems, and web portals.Business and Technical Solutions:Develop and execute proposed business and technical solutions to address client needs effectively.Execute business requirements for technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical teams.Requirement Analysis and Documentation:Assist development teams by clearly understanding requirements, reviewing estimations, and documenting the project scope.Define gaps in current systems and update implementation estimates as necessary.Software Development Leadership:Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust software applications using Java and associated technologies.Provide technical direction and propose innovative solutions to address complex technical challenges.Experience and Qualifications:Work experience in business solutions development.A degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven expertise in Java, Spring, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
