Job Description

Required Qualification and Skills: - B.E., / B.Tech., (Cs/IT)., or B.Sc ., (Cs/IT)., - Minimum 4 + Yrs Experience. - BSF ERP, Micromen ERP, ERP Implementations, Software - Implementations and IT Coordinations. - Job Location: Virudhunagar (Next to Madurai District). - Experience in the Construction or Interiors company is a plus. Job Describtion: FKRA-1: Software Co-ordination: - As the Software Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of corporate enterprise resource. - Planning in a projected, matrix team environment. - Manage and communicate tasks/timelines for a given implementation Software. FKRA-2: Software Implementation: - Install the software and Create procedures for using IT across departments and projects. - Design, develop, and implement software applications based on user requirements and organizational objectives. FKRA -3: Software Training: - Design & release new workflows, applications, and enhancements. Introduction to the software - Key features and functionalities - Advanced tools and best practices - Determine specific goals for the training (e.g., improve efficiency, reduce errors). - Survey employees and managers to understand their current skill levels and needs regarding the software. - Address any issues or bugs reported by users after deployment. FKRA -4: Corrections & Resolving the Errors: - Analyse, diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users or detected by monitoring tools. - Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Develop and conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices and system functionalities.
