Position Purpose and Objectives: Develop and deliver software solutions meeting business requirements. Position also requires supporting existing in-house created solutions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years general programming and database programming experience. C# ( 2 years minimum). WinForm, Web MVC, and LINQ experience required. MS SQL Server database programming experience required. Proficiency with T-SQL language is required. Microsoft BI experience is a plus (SSRS, PowerBI, PowerQuery) Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Builds software solutions in Visual Studio, primarily using C#. Maintain and enhance existing custom software solutions. Integrate existing and future processes into our software portfolio. Designs and builds reports using SSRS. SQL Query optimization. Interpersonal Skills Required: Strong analytic Skills. Excellent communication skills, oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with business users. Customer Focused, sensitive to customer satisfaction, knows customer needs and expectations, responds promptly to customer queries, and strives to exceed customer expectations.
