Your new trajectory starts here at Launch. What we are looking for: We are looking for Software Development Engineer for one of our internal projects. Role: Software Development Engineer Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: WFO Years of experience: 5+ Years of relevant experience Responsibilities: • Utilize Software Engineering experience to design, develop, and maintain software applications. • Manage and optimize Azure DevOps processes, including setting up and maintaining YAML Pipelines, managing Agent Pools, and overseeing Repos and Branching strategies. • Administer and monitor Azure Cloud resources, including Entra ID, Compute, Storage, and Monitoring tools, ensuring security and scalability. • Engage in full-stack development using C#, Javascript, TypeScript, and React to build and enhance applications. • Oversee multiple workstreams, balancing priorities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. • Debug and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures, including build and test issues, as well as startup and runtime exceptions across the full stack. Required Skills: • 6+ years total Software Engineering Experience • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps including: YAML Pipelines, Agent Pools, Repos and Branching, Boards • Strong understanding of Azure Cloud including Entra ID, common Compute, Storage and Monitoring tooling. • Strong full stack software development skills in languages and frameworks such as C#, Java, TypeScript, React • Strong ability to oversee multiple workstreams and balance priorities. • Strong experience with debugging both CI/CD pipeline failures including build and test failures. • Strong experience with debugging startup & runtime exceptions across a full stack. Preferred Skills: • 8+ years total Software Engineering Experience • Querying and Data Analytics experience to assist in report & data visualization generation. • Strong presentation skills for weekly, bi-weekly & monthly client reporting. • Experience working within Microsoft's network and engineering teams.
