Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot . Integrate backend services with Next.js applications and ensure smooth data flow. Work on external API integrations with third-party services and platforms. Develop and manage microservices architecture and ensure efficient service communication. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code following best practices. Perform API testing using Postman and automate test cases when necessary. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability. Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to align with project goals. Work with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ensure smooth data operations. Troubleshoot and debug backend issues and provide efficient solutions. Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of experience in backend development using Spring Boot . Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. Experience with Postman for API testing and documentation. Familiarity with Next.js integration and handling API requests. Experience working with third-party API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, external services). Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate . Good understanding of SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL . Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
