What Youll Do Design, build, and scale backend services in .NET Core and frontend applications using React, Redux, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript. Architect scalable systems for high-traffic environments, ensuring reliability, observability, and extensibility. Contribute to our experimentation platform by building robust data pipelines and analytics integrations that support data-driven decisions. Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful features from conception to deployment. Improve developer productivity and deployment confidence by enhancing CI/CD pipelines and dev tooling. Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E tests, with quality built in from the start. Participate in and lead code and design reviews, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to incident response, ensuring system resilience. Drive engineering excellence by staying up to date on emerging technologies and best practices. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack web development. Advanced skills in React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript on the frontend. Proven backend experience with .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and event-driven or service-oriented architecture(SOA). Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics frameworks, and instrumenting user behavior for experimentation. Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and fault-tolerant systems in a production environment. Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Passion for clean, maintainable code and strong knowledge of software design principles. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating across multiple teams to define and build the right solution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
