Job Description

Through this role you have an opportunity to design and develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company new and existing functionality for the products. You also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and client requirements for the software. Take ownership over architecture qualities of the end-to-end distributed applications. Design and develop the backend/server-side components as per the requirements. Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as we'll as technical and process innovations. Work with engineers to generate and maintain code according to the agreed coding standard and best practices. Investigate the latest technology and build quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs. Work to meet delivery commitments of feature content throughout the whole Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC). Open Stack/ Azure/ GCP/ AWS, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis and other similar technologies and frameworks. Perform code reviews, design reviews, guide the test team with the user scenarios. What you'll bring: Bachelor s degree in computer science or related technical field. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in software development and backend technologies. 3+ years of Strong experience in building distributed, event driven microservices using technologies like Java, Spring, Spring cloud, Kafka, Cassandra, Redis and other similar technologies and frameworks. 3+ years of experience in systems design, architecture and data structures Experience working with Micro-Services and event driven architecture. Exposure/experience to retail/ecommerce technologies and domain. Knowledge of databases like Oracle and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes we'll versed in TDD, BDD methodologies and enabling tools and technologies(JUnit, TestNG etc) Strong understanding of Agile methodology and leveraging SDLC tools to improve development and testing efficiency (JIRA, Jenkins, GIT, JUnit, Selenium, Lint) Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS Technical leadership in design, implementation and support of large scale data and analytics solutions that are highly reliable, flexible, and scalable. Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 2years experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Option 2: 4 years experience in software engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Preferred Qualifications... Certification in Security+, Network+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, or CCSP, Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area
