This role is crucial in identifying new business ideas, developing strategies, and leading research initiatives to propel our company into the future.Key Responsibilities:Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Analyze data and insights to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.Innovation Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategies to foster innovation within the company.Create and manage a pipeline of new business ideas and projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.Product and Business Development:Lead the development of new products, services, and business models from concept through to market launch.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and commercialization of innovative solutions.Strategic Partnerships:Identify and build strategic partnerships with external organizations, startups, and academic institutions to enhance innovation efforts.Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders to support collaborative projects and research initiatives.Project Management:Oversee research and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Track project progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary.Idea Generation and Evaluation:Facilitate brainstorming sessions and idea generation workshops to encourage creative thinking and problem-solving.Evaluate and prioritize new business ideas based on feasibility, market potential, and strategic fit.Reporting and Communication:Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, development progress, and innovation initiatives for senior management.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive engagement and support for innovation projects.Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for research and development activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
