Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and guide a team of talented developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Drive the architecture, technical design, and delivery of scalable and robust web applications. Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF). Develop and maintain responsive and interactive frontend components using ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+). Design and implement real-time features and functionalities using WebSockets, Django Channels, or similar frameworks. Ensure seamless frontend integration with backend REST APIs. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and technical specifications. Work with relational databases (specifically PostgreSQL/MySQL) for data modeling and management. Utilize Git for version control, Docker for containerization, and manage CI/CD workflows. Perform debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization across the full stack. Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and code Skills & Qualifications : 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on web applications. Strong hands-on experience with Python, the Django framework, and Django REST Framework (DRF). Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend integration with REST APIs. Proven experience working with WebSockets, Django Channels, or similar frameworks for building real-time applications. Solid understanding of relational databases (specifically PostgreSQL/MySQL). Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration Skills (Plus Points) : Experience with other database systems (e.g., NoSQL databases). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
