Position Overview We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to help build and enhance our Voice AI platform's user interfaces. You will work on essential components creating intuitive interfaces that empower businesses to deploy AI voice agents with minimal effort. Responsibilities Build, maintain, & scale beautiful, performant, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, & modern frontend tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to create seamless & intuitive user experiences Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code that adheres to our design system Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices & browsers Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them to your daily work Required Skills & Experience 2-3 years of experience building modern frontend applications with React.js, Typescript, Tailwind CSS Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle Familiarity with state management solutions (Redux, or Context API + useReducer) Experience consuming RESTful APIs & handling async operations Competency with frontend build tools (webpack, npm/yarn, Create React App) Proficiency with version control using Git Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles Experience with component libraries (Shadcn, Ant Design, or similar) Knowledge of frontend testing practices with tools like Jest and React Testing Library Contributions to open-source projects is a must. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Next.js Experience with data visualization libraries (Recharts, D3.js) Understanding of GraphQL Experience of implementing workflow interfaces Previous work on SaaS products or enterprise software Personal Attributes Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Low ego, high empathy, & the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for creating exceptional user experiences Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
