What you’ll do Monitor the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly patches from Oracle and apply the patches on time for all non-prod and prod environments Work with security teams to make sure all the EPM products are in compliance with the company policiesMaintain password rotation policy, weekly vulnerabilities and OS updates on all non-prod and prod environmentsPerform reconciliations between HFM , Essbase and source system for financial statements like Trial Balance.Produce consistent and accurate technical and end-user documentation of assigned applicationsUnderstand how assigned applications/systems link with other programs/processes along with the overall system architecture and provide recommendations on how to improve existing/proposed processes.Adhere to company change management practices.Provide end user support on Hyperion Essbase, planning, HFM, DRM, ARM and SmartViewSupports the monthly application maintenance process and Participates in the feasibility analysis for new systems/applications.Monitors the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provides (or arranges for) proactive maintenance.Reviews, analyzes, and modifies applications, including coding, testing, configuring, and debugging for Hyperion applications. Maintains records to document the system and revisionsProvides technical support to address production issues and Participates in training, as appropriate, on new or revised systems/ applications.Provides guidance to junior team members and Communicates applications changes to Technology team membersWorks independently and provides guidance within technical area, applying in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies, as appropriate What Experience You Need Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Oracle EPM/ Hyperion space.Experience with optimizing and integrating Hyperion / Fusion Middleware productsIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in developing/supporting HFM applications including defining metadata (accounts, entities, scenarios, custom dims, currency, etc…), consolidation methods, member lists, journals, data forms, intercompany transactions, as well as rules development (expressions, functions, variables, sub procedures, conditional / consolidation / elimination rules, string comparisons, subcubes, etc …)Experience with Oracle EPM tools, such as Financial Management, Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE), and Smart View.Strong command of Hyperion Essbase technologies, including MaxL, MDX, calculation scripts, and outline optimization techniques. Experience implementing Oracle Cloud EPM Technologies such as Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Close & Consolidation FCCS , EDMCS and Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) Expertise in Hyperion Planning, including business rules, forms, menus, task lists, data maps, and dimensions.Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database design principles.Familiarity with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools.Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Demonstrates an advanced understanding of the following Oracle EPM products (version 11.2.x):Hyperion Essbase and PlanningFinancial Data Quality Management, Enterprise Edition (FDMEE)Data Relationship Management (DRM)Financial Management (HFM)Account reconciliation Manager (ARM)SmartView VBA,PowerShell,MaxL What could set you apart Oracle Hyperion Certification is a plus.Experience with Cloud applications like EPBCS,FCCS, ARCS and DataManagementKnowledge of Oracle EBS, OBIEE, Tableau and other reporting modulesOracle certified implementationActive Cloud Certification We offer a hybrid work setting, comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, attractive paid time off, and organizational growth potential through our online learning platform with guided career tracks.
