Research and create customer app content script, graphics, audios & videos. Design, implement and test our mobile and cloud apps. Review and document - app and cloud issues with test cases and bug sheets. Improve apps to meet customers business needs and follow best practices. Inspect changes before the customer performs user acceptance testing. Handle customer User Acceptance, Outage Notification and Change Control procedures and documentation. Coordinate with customers to resolve issues. Handle customer request priorities. Extend user support and training to customers. Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides. Create training and demo videos for customers and the app store. Take client engagement through the lifecycle. Learn and adapt to new technologies in a short duration. Skills Required: Must know various settings of the mobile phones. Overall techy, smart with computers, ability to diagnose problems Problem solving attitude Ability to come to terms with customer needs, be polite and decent Possess good project management skills The ability of out of the box and creative thinking. Basic programming ability with at least one programming language and basic SQL Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
