We are dedicated to making India a leader in indigenous drone manufacturing and technology. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to identify defects, ensure quality standards are met, and provide valuable feedback to improve product performance. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements. Perform manual and automated testing of software applications across various platforms. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback. Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are resolved. Ensure testing processes adhere to established standards and best practices. Prepare detailed test reports and summaries for management. Assist in maintaining and updating test documentation. Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress and issues. Stay updated with new testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Prior experience or knowledge of software testing processes is a plus. Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Basic understanding of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Experience with automated testing frameworks. Understanding of database management and SQL. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
