JOB TITLE: Senior SQA Analyst GENERAL SUMMARY The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple Automation testing technology & portfolio application architectures. The individual will work closely with global teams, developers, project managers and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, other process & best practices defined to manage regular job activities which are Test cases create/review, executing test iterations, tracking/reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution. The individual will have more interest to learn new techniques/methods in Manual & Automated testing with strong knowledge & understanding of SDLC processes and the QA lifecycle & methodology. JOB REQUIREMENTS JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Having strong knowledge in Selenium tools (IDE/ Web driver /Grid) and experience in creating custom frameworks (Web/API) and familiarity in TestNG or similar. Knowledge in Maven POM builds process. Ability to create & manage Selenium automation frameworks towards the functional/regression testing aspects. Strong exposure in source code maintenance & versioning like GIT or other same tools. Hands on experience in Load/Performance testing, tools like JMeter/other open source tools, create custom test scripts to validate/measure application performance/load and effective results/report handling Good exposure in team/resource management Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of project and testing objectives. Design and create test cases, scenarios and scripts to address business and technical use cases Exposure in AI innovations & implementations in QA space Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using bug tracking tools. EDUCATION/TRAINING/ WORK EXPERIENCE Professional Degree/Engineering - MCA, MSc(Comp),BE (IT,ECE,Comp..) 4+ years experience in Manual Testing & Automation testing tools CERTIFICATIONS Certified Tester ISTQB Automation Tools - Selenium/JMeter Certification will be an advantage. LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS Self Confidence and Good communication. Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organization.Role & responsibilities
