We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion and sale of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for our software products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Lead negotiations, prepare sales proposals, and close deals with prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our software solutions. Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of software products, SaaS models, and technology solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate, influence, and build strong relationships with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
