Job Title: Software Team Lead Experience: 4+ years Location: Ernakulam Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Team Lead with a strong background in full-stack development and team management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in React, React Native, ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS, and Firebase, and a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions. Prior experience in a startup environment is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: -> Lead and mentor a team of software developers across multiple projects. -> Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and ASP.NET Core. -> Oversee backend development using MS SQL Server and MongoDB. -> Manage deployments and cloud infrastructure using AWS and Firebase. -> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality software on time. -> Establish and enforce coding standards, development processes, and best practices. -> Review code and ensure code quality, security, and performance. -> Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. -> Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: -> Minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience. -> Strong proficiency in: Frontend: React.js, React Native, ASP.NET Core MVC Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API Databases: MS SQL Server, MongoDB Cloud Services: AWS, Firebase -> Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git). -> Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a development team. -> Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -> Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: -> Prior experience working in a startup environment. -> Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. -> Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
