Company Description CollaborationRoom.ai is a next-generation Virtual Contact Center Floor Platform designed to help leadership engage, manage, and train remote and/or blended agents effectively. The platform aims to make remote work seamless and efficient for teams. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Tester at CollaborationRoom.ai. The Software Tester will be responsible for test execution, software testing, quality assurance, and creating test cases. The position will be based in Gurugram with the flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Test Execution, Software Testing, and Quality Assurance skills Analytical Skills and Test Cases creation Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience with testing tools and methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a hybrid setting Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 0-2 years experiencing in testing Hands-on experience with software management tools like Jira Very good with Microsoft Excel spread-sheets Passionate about testing as a career - moving from manual to automation testing to continuous testing-integrations Certifications in software testing is a plus Show more Show less
