Share your CV to deepak.8@niitmts.com Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Functional, Automation, and AI LLM Model Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing web-based software products and be proficient in both manual and automation testing methodologies, with a focus on validating AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) . Key Responsibilities: Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web-based applications. Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium. Test and validate AI/ML models, focusing on LLM (Large Language Models) for accuracy, reliability, and ethical behaviour. Design test cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage for both functional and AI-driven features. Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices and CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, automation, and testing tools. Skills and Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in testing web-based applications. Strong knowledge of functional testing , including regression and integration testing. Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium. Familiarity with testing AI/ML models , especially Large Language Models (LLMs). Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools like Postman. Proficiency in writing automation scripts in Java . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Preferred Skills: Experience in AI model explainability and bias testing . Understanding of NLP-based testing and related tools.
