Position : Assistant Manager Location : Ludhiana, Punjab Job descriptions Solar Asset monitoring, planning and execution of O&M activities and innovative ideas for generation improvement. Responsibilities and Duties Plan and execute day to day operations to achieve the targeted goals. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions and preventive maintenance to improve the plant performance. Ensure the operational performance of asset (PR, plant uptime and generation) as budget, compliance with O&M contract with various agencies. Study and implement new practices/ideas for plant performance improvement. Performance monitoring of each asset to analyse site performance, identify deviation and manage corrective actions. Issue identification for low performance and corrective action to mitigation. Root cause analysis of failure. Gap analysis of plant generation losses and compilation of all generation & revenue losses. Ensure JMR, invoicing, statutory testing of components, etc.., carried out as per timeline. Maintenance and tracking of plan compliance record. Well aware about the SCADA/CMS (remote monitoring system) Back end support to site team whenever required. Documentation (MIS, subsidy docs, performance sheet and PPTs) Spare inventory planning. Good knowledge of excel and MS office. Good communication skill Qualification Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering Experience 4-5 years experience in solar plant operation and maintenance, rooftop will be preferred.
