Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Solar Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating customers about solar energy solutions, and closing sales. This role requires fieldwork and direct interaction with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms. Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility checks. Explain benefits of solar energy and Mahalaxmi Solar Systems' offerings to prospective customers. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales. Maintain strong post-sale relationships and assist clients through the installation process. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the solar sector. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream (technical background preferred). 1-3 years of sales experience (solar sales preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage field sales. Basic understanding of solar systems and energy efficiency is a plus. Incentive Structure: Fixed monthly salary* Incentive per kW sale Additional milestone bonuses for exceeding targets
