Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead Generation and Conversion: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales. Follow up with inquiries and maintain a high conversion rate of leads into customers. 2.Customer Engagement and Communication: Communicate with customers in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to address their queries and provide solutions.
