At Sun360 , we’re proud to lead Goa’s solar energy shift. Since 2013, we’ve installed over 12 MW of solar systems across homes, businesses, and industries, helping shape the state’s Solar Policy. Our mission is to make clean energy simple and accessible, with the latest tech and complete support from consultation to installation and maintenance. We are looking for a Solar Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring optimal system performance and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, and test solar PV systems (on-grid/off-grid). Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in solar systems. Perform routine maintenance and system performance checks. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations. Document service and maintenance reports. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Travel to project and service sites across Goa. Qualifications: ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV systems or electrical installations. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Hands-on experience with inverters, solar panels, batteries, and wiring . Proficient with tools like multimeters and PV monitoring software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
