Job Role: Solar Vendor Management Executive 📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-Site) 🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical domain) 🔧 Role Overview: Sky Volt Private Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing Solar EPC companies, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Solar Vendor Management Executive to strengthen our procurement and vendor operations. This role will play a critical part in identifying, onboarding, and managing vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solar components and services. 📝 Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for solar modules, inverters, structures, and electrical components. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement. Maintain healthy relationships with vendors and resolve conflicts or delivery issues. Coordinate with project and procurement teams for timely supply of materials at site. Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines. Maintain vendor database and generate reports for analysis and evaluation.
