SolarWinds SAM (Server & Application Monitor) SolarWinds NCM (Network Configuration Manager) SolarWinds IPAM (IP Address Manager) SolarWinds NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA) SolarWinds Log Analyzer SolarWinds Alerting & Reporting SolarWinds SNMP Polling & Monitoring SolarWinds API & Automation Goal here is that the resource is proactive and able to get it built out to best practice and ensuring that the internal team gets good data out of it. They need to be hands on and be able to work on their own. We already have Solarwinds in place. -Inventory reports -Capacity Reports -Refine Primary Dashboard -Set up Reporting for Daily System Statuses -Create Templates for future inclusions -Remedy erroneous or un-useful Alerts -Create site maps -Figure out why there are false positive alerts -Deploy update scripts to Cisco gear per site basis
