Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with expertise in JavaScript technologies to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software architectures. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a deep understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystems (React, Node.js, etc.). Key Responsibilities : Architectural Design : Lead the architecture design of complex, scalable, and distributed systems. Develop and document solution architecture to meet business and technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance. Technology Leadership : Provide technical leadership across the full stack of web and mobile technologies. Oversee and guide development teams working with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express.js). Implement best practices in architecture, code quality, testing, and performance optimization. System Integration : Design and lead integration of various systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party services. Ensure that the architecture integrates well with existing solutions and infrastructure. Code Reviews & Mentorship : Review code and provide feedback to ensure that architectural and design patterns are followed. Mentor junior developers and engineers, ensuring the growth of technical talent within the team. Performance & Scalability : Design architectures that are highly performant and scalable to meet the needs of a growing user base. Analyze and optimize the performance of web applications. Security & Compliance : Ensure that solutions are designed and implemented with security best practices in mind. Work closely with security teams to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities. Stakeholder Communication : Present architectural recommendations and technical strategies to key stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
