Solution Architect Exp: 8-12 Years Location: Chennai(Preferred)/Hyderabad Organization: Intellect Design Arena - Product Organization ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As a Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced AI-driven solutions that address the complex needs of our clients. Collaborating closely with our engineering, product, and business teams, you will guide deployment efforts, ensure seamless integration within client environments, and craft sustainable, scalable system architectures. You will also play a key role in setting the strategic direction of our customer engagements, providing technical leadership, and driving innovation in the application of our Gen AI platform. We are looking for a professional with a strong grasp of system architecture, particularly in the AI and machine learning domains, who can combine technical insight with a deep understanding of client needs. In this role, you will advise our product teams on design considerations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adaptability to various operational environments. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between technical vision and real-world implementation, ensuring that our solutions meet both current and future needs. Successful candidates will have backgrounds as Software Architects, AI Solution Architects, or Enterprise Architects, particularly in cloud-based or distributed systems. You will become an expert in our Gen AI platform, understanding both its capabilities and the governance and security requirements of our clients. You will independently manage complex challenges while maintaining a collaborative approach, working closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive, secure, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architecture of AI-focused technical solutions, factoring in security, scalability, network requirements, and resource optimization. Act as a primary technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on the architecture and secure deployment of our Gen AI solutions. Influence the development of our product roadmap, aligning it with compliance needs and emerging trends in AI, cloud, and security technologies. Produce detailed architectural documentation, visual diagrams, and technical specifications to support deployment and client understanding. Provide mentorship and technical direction to deployment teams during client projects to ensure efficient and secure execution. Key Traits: In-depth knowledge of public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their application in AI and machine learning environments. Experience with designing and managing large-scale software systems, including distributed architectures, scaling strategies, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with the full lifecycle of AI model development and deployment, including data processing, model training, and real-time inference. Strong understanding of information security principles, including encryption, identity management, network protection, and security monitoring. Expertise in modern software development, continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code. Solid grasp of networking protocols and operating system fundamentals, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex environments. Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-stakes technical problems independently while working effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven client-facing skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. 5+ years of relevant industry experience in roles requiring a blend of technical depth and architecture leadership.
