As a Solution Architect, you will: Lead enterprise-grade implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Design end-to-end architecture integrating D365 F&O with SAP and other enterprise systems Drive large-scale global deployments with focus on cross-country compliance, scalability, and integration Who Are We Looking ForWe are looking for a career consultant who has been groomed in a Tier-1 Global System Integrator (GSI) environment (e.g., Accenture, Avanade). You joined the GSI as a fresher and have 7 to 12 years of continuous experience within the same organization Youve imbibed the core cultural and consulting values of the GSI and understand enterprise-grade delivery Your primary expertise is in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O, with exposure to system integration, global templates, and multinational rollouts Key Responsibilities Architect and drive large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O deployments for multinational clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and compliant ERP solutions Lead design workshops, define technical roadmaps, and oversee delivery execution Ensure alignment with global SAP hub systems and other surround technologies Support pre-sales, client engagement, and solution demonstrations as needed Preferred Qualifications 712 years of consulting experience in a Tier-1 GSI environment Strong functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O Experience with multi-country implementations and integrations with SAP and other platforms Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel across India and abroad Locations Head Office: Noida Regional Presence: Kolkata and multiple delivery centers across India Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate TOGAF Certification (optional but valued for enterprise architecture roles) PMP / PRINCE2 (optional, but adds credibility for project leadership experience)
