Job Description

A Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience is a senior-level role responsible for designing complex solutions and overseeing their implementation to meet business needs. Proficient in designing, describing, and managing solution engineering to match with it specific business problems. Solution architecture defines how technology requirements ( application development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps ) would translate into implementation. Experience : 15+ years in IT, with at least 5 years on role of enterprise level solution architect (leading and mentoring development teams) Role and Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of innovative, effective, and high-performance technical solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and develop solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices . Define and document solution architecture , including system components and interfaces. Conduct technical reviews and audits to identify opportunities for improvement. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide future strategy. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions . Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies . Expertise in a variety of technologies, including cloud computing (AWS Glue ETL), databases, and software development frameworks . Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Experience working in an agile environment. Additional Requirements: Experience in the data analytics domain. ESG is plus. Certifications : AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar
