Role & responsibilities For our global IT team, we are looking for a candidate to take over solutioning and development of our System and Software Engineering (SSE) work domain You have at least 12+ years of professional experience in ALM toolchain product development and min 5-6 years of professional experience in Siemens Polarion software You are responsible for solutioning and development of Polarion application as primary ALM tool along with PTC RV&S , PTC Modeler tools You define the software architecture, data modelling and databases for ALM tools You coordinate activities between internal departments and software vendor You carry out business and process specific customizing and configuration inside the ALM applications You need to align with operations team according to ITIL You are willing to build up knowledge of the new solution Preferred candidate profile You are development experienced in Siemens Polarion, PTC RV&S You have knowledge about ALM solutions and their integrations with PLM applications You are familiar with software architecture, data modelling and databases of applications You understand how infrastructure of an Enterprise technology platform is set up You know how client software is distributed on an Enterprise level You are interested not only in technology but also in the business processes using it You are willing to get in touch with other applications You enjoy working in international and multicultural teams and have strong communication skills You bring along creativity, logical-structured thinking, and a good portion of technical curiosity You have an independent, target-oriented and customer focused way of working You have fluent English skills
