Job Summary: We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in providing technical and functional support during the sales process, with a focus on SAP/ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design tailored SAP/ERP solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure seamless handover to the implementation team. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Product Demonstrations: Understand client needs and recommend customized SAP/ERP solutions that align with their business goals. Conduct engaging product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations specific to SAP/ERP. Develop solution roadmaps and presentations to showcase how the proposed SAP/ERP solutions meet customer requirements. Customer Interaction & Requirement Analysis: Work closely with potential clients to gather business and technical requirements for SAP/ERP solutions. Provide expert consultation to clients on the capabilities and best practices of SAP/ERP solutions. Address customer queries and provide clear insights on solution feasibility. Proposal Development & Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and business cases related to SAP/ERP solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation of customer needs and solution details. Support in preparing pricing and scope definition for customized SAP/ERP solutions. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with the sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution for SAP/ERP projects. Stay updated with SAP/ERP industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions and provide training to team members on SAP/ERP solutions when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in SAP/ERP, IT solutions, or enterprise software. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to SAP/ERP solutions. Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly with SAP/ERP solutions. Ability to create compelling business proposals and technical documentation related to SAP/ERP. Hands-on experience with RFPs, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for SAP/ERP solutions.
