Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions and support implementation. Ideal for tech-savvy problem-solvers with experience in automation, APIs, and client-facing roles. Major KRA: -Design technical solutions using the workflow automation platform and rule engine. -Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to identify and translate requirements into viable solutions. -Develop proof of concepts and prototypes to demonstrate technical feasibility. -Create detailed solution documentation and implementation roadmaps. Identify automation opportunities and design optimal workflow solutions in partnership with clients. -Provide expert consultation on workflow automation and rule engine best practices. -Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align client requirements with the product roadmap. -Guide clients through technical onboarding and implementation. -Troubleshoot and support complex technical issues during implementation. Qualification: -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. -4–5 years of experience in technical solution design, implementation, or consulting.
