Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sound Designer & Audio Specialist to enhance our promotional video content for social media through high-quality sound design, music selection, and final mastering. This role is crucial in ensuring our video content is sonically engaging, emotionally compelling, and optimized for marketing impact. You will be responsible for sound design, music curation, dialogue editing, mastering, and quality control (QC), ensuring that all audio elements align perfectly with brand messaging and audience expectations. Key Responsibilities Sound Design & Music Curation Design and mix soundscapes, effects, and ambient audio to enhance promotional videos. Select or compose music that aligns with marketing objectives, ensuring that it enhances storytelling and emotional impact. Adapt sound for different platforms ( TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc. ), keeping in mind audience behavior and trends. Dialogue Editing & Audio Cleanup Process, clean, and enhance voiceovers and recorded dialogue for clarity, warmth, and consistency. Reduce background noise, echo, and distortions while ensuring a natural and professional sound. Mastering & Final Mix Mix and master all audio elements to ensure consistent levels, dynamic balance, and platform-specific optimization. Tailor mixes for different social media platforms, ensuring clarity on mobile speakers, headphones, and desktops. Implement audio branding strategies, ensuring consistency across all promotional content. Quality Control (QC) & Delivery Conduct final QC checks to ensure that audio meets platform and industry standards. Ensure all files are properly formatted, labeled, and exported for distribution. Test sound across different devices and speakers to ensure an optimal listening experience. Collaboration & Workflow Management Work closely with video editors, motion designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of sound and visuals. Maintain an organized library of sound assets, licensed music, and effects for quick accessibility. Requirements & Qualifications Proven Experience in Sound Design & Mixing: At least 3+ years working in audio post-production, sound design, or music curation for marketing content. Proficiency in Industry-Standard Software: Expertise in Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, Ableton, or DaVinci Fairlight. Deep Understanding of Music & Marketing Psychology: Ability to select or create music and soundscapes that drive audience engagement and conversions. Dialogue Editing & Voice Enhancement Skills: Experience in cleaning, enhancing, and mixing speech for clarity and impact. Sound Mastering & QC Abilities: Familiarity with LUFS standards, loudness normalization, and multi-platform optimization. Strong Communication & Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with editors, producers, and marketing teams. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience in spatial audio design, 8D sound, or immersive sound experiences. Basic knowledge of motion graphics sound syncing & sound-reactive animation.
