Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
