Job Description

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service. Assist in negotiating terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness. Support the preparation of purchase orders and procurement documentation. Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality, production, finance) to ensure supply continuity. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
